The practical application of the command process and seeing and rotating through all of the different positions in play was great.

Some of the exercises/scenarios felt rushed and could have used more time.

Another day of instruction and going slower through the exercises on day 1 and really driving home the principles could provide some improvement.

The initial dispatching of the calls, units should not be responding or go "arrived" and go to staging before 5th man is established and staging set.
