I thought the hands on experience the different roles provided was very good.

The technology portion was a bit of a learning curve. I would suggest a mixure of that and actaul hands on drills to build muscle memory. I know several students mentioned they were so focused on learning how the system worked it was difficult to actually focus on the scenario.
