Some of the tactical procedures because I am dispatch I focus on getting every one where they need to be vs what they actually do.

If command could actually see CAD notes put in by dispatch. I believe that's realistic that they would have CAD.

None - they all fell within the scope.

Including dispatch was an excellent choice. We enjoyed thoroughly and hope that we helped provide additional content for the group.

I would say continued focus on this type of learning as well as hostage negotiation skills.

The Lectures. That is where i was able to learn the most as a dispatcher due to the dispatch simulator not being realistic in my opinion.

The interactive parts. This is because the dispatch side of of the interactions again is not realistic in my opinion and very basic.
