While as a dispatcher, I will never fill any of the positions covered in this class outside of dispatch, it was a valuable experience to see them "in action" from "dispatch.".

Bomb "crash course" as a fire/ems dispatcher, I don't see myself ever dealing with this.

It was very clear that dispatchers are "included" only as an afterthought and our participation was only as "voices", not as actual participants. Our feedback after each evolution was not welcomed.
