Initially, I thought the contact team application would be outside my responsibilities as an administrator. However, the instructors did a great job covering why an understanding and application of all of these will provide value to all LE.

Since I have very little experience in this field it was all valuable. However, the case studies and the practical exercises were most valuable since they put the instruction in perspective.
