Most law and fire area. Since I am not familiar with how they work or how they request certain things.

Getting dispatch more involved, some centers have medical questions that are required or needed to be asked as our policy. showing an example of this could be help to helping responders (police/fire) understand what we do on the other side.

Taking another course on negotiations to help officers on the other side instead of on scene.

The scenarios.

The fact that some scenarios were not as realistic in terms of numbers as they could have been.

The coordination before the event was not great. it was told to be different days and the location was unknown until the day before. We could have had so many more people from so many agencies (represented and not) if there had been better advertisement before hand.
