It was not a single part. It was the opportunity to rotate through many different positions that I likely would never work in the real world,, but the training gave me the oppotunity to understand what others are expected to do and the challenges they face in doing it.

Not really anything.

There was one point when the instructors gave conflicting information during one of the practicals. The instructor that gave the conflicting information really would not let us explain what the other instructor had directed us to do. It was an isolated incident and in no way should override the overall quality of the class.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would really like to see a two day class sete up in the same format that focuses solely on establishing and managing the reunification center.

The instructors. Their knowledge and experience was key and their coaching during practical components allowed for a constructive training environment.

None. From the EM perspective all parts were valuable especially for situational awareness.

Integreating emergency management's role into the practical exercises more, even from the outset with the smaller incidents early in the course. Responders could have benefitted from learning more deeply what capabilities EM can provide and what their role would be in an incident small or large.

Further PIO training as well as AAIR to get a deeper understanding on the response side.
