New concepts and reinforcement of how staging speeds up response.

Some of the info on IED was short and could be an entire day or week long course. In a few minutes just a few very good takeaways were presented.

Perhaps 10-15 minutes on a few more actual responses and the lessons learned.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Communications remains a major problem for a real world response perhaps a workshop on using our current communications networks at different levels and how they could be integrated.

The scenarios were the most valuable. It allowed participants to see first hand how complex an active shooter incident can be, and how quickly resources will be taxed.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Most active shooter training is geared towards Law Enforcement. There is a desperate need for more training that is tailored to include the Fire Service... I cannot emphasize this enough!!.
