Improvement for dispatch. LEO should not work the incident on 2 channels. All radio traffic should be moved to the secondary channel after 1st officer arrives. Allow for Fire and EMS to be dispatched on separate channels for locations that run them independently. Allow for CAD notes for fire, ems and leo to be separate.

    I honestly don't feel that any of the course was invaluable, I learned something in each section and each scenario that will benefit me moving forward.

    Ensuring that the message of the class being available and that it is free, to other dispatch centers so that more telecommunicators can be encouraged to come and experience the training. It was an awesome class for dispatchers and showcased the often forgotten valuable role we can play in these events and day to day workload.

    More classes of this type that bring all levels and agencies together to complete the collective task.

    I found the lectures to be the most valuable part of the course because we had an excess of dispatchers that caused us to fill roles that we would not realistically fill.

    I found the scenario's to be the least valuable part of the course due to the lack of space for me to fulfill my actual job duties.

    I would recommend having more spaces for dispatchers or having them fulfill a role that they might handle in real life.
