I would love to see or do like a "negotiator for dispatch" course. In the event I ever really have to talk to someone who is reporting to me they are about to do something bad to themselves or someone else, I'd rather have constructive things to say, than to just be really vague and awkward.

I feel the hierarchy learned in this course, is extremely beneficial to handling the chaos that occurs during an active shooter event.

Everything. i feel the simulations greatly enhanced my newfound knowledge of these incidents. they allowed for practical application & was preferable to only lectures.

Amazing instructors. very knowledgeable & helpful.

Further in person training courses inclusive of simulations. hands on training - i feel - is much more effective than online courses. phone training - suicidal subjects, hostage takers - would be immensley helfpful.
