Consider building a simulation where FF/EMS arrive on scene and get pinned down as the event escalates. This has happened to us locally and I am sure it is not an isolated occurrence.

Overall good course. I would suggest prepared outcomes for unmanned units, when not enough live participants to make scenarios flow better.
