If we had more dispatchers, I would recommend having the dispatchers move around the room to see how things are done in the field to better serve our LEO, FD & EMS.

I would like any other training to help me better myself in my dispatcher/supervisor role.

Hands on learning was great, walking thru situations and having a chance to do the tasks in a scenerio made it come together. I also like that the instructors had personal stories to relate to the topics.

I would recommend everyone refresh themselves in ICS 300, there were clearly some in this room that needed it.
