I wish there was a little more emphasis on the fire/EMS side as far as if we could take a driver in the med unit for more serious patients, where to go to stabilize patients away from the immediate scene, etc.

Very LE intensive, good to know some of these elements but making it so only some of the overview of that is seen by fire ems would muddy the waters less.
