I think this was broke down into detailed sections really good.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Unfortunately with this day in time and how people are we really need to start hands on training for these types of incidents. Only way to improve is to practice it.

Regarding the 5th arriving LEO as the one who takes Tactical Command, emphasize that it doesn't have to be the specific 5th arrival, but one who arrives after comms have revealed threat is neutralized and the management of additional arriving resources needs to be done by whoever next arrives.
