Criminal and the clock portion because as a dispatcher we'll most likely hear about the incident first or get the call regarding the incident and getting help there as fast as we can is critical.

Learning about the ASIM checklist because I am a dispatcher and won't really need to use that because I won't be active in the field during the Active Shooter Incident.

I liked this course because all of the videos were very short and I was able to follow along easily and I liked being able to take the post-test right after each module so I could have it all fresh in my mind right away.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to have some more training in how to properly or best handle incidents like this when we receive those phone calls in dispatch.

Emphasizing to law enforcement the importance of a casualty count and casualty status when communicating with Tactical. This is of course done so in a prioritized order (i.e., Active Threat, Rescue, Clear). This emphasis assists Triage, and Transport in their logistical needs for casualty care.
